There is an ancient sanskrit proverb that says the words of rishis and enlightened ones are immediately translated into experienc.

Human body is made up of atoms. Being with this truth kindles energy in humans and elevates consciousness. When we sing Bhajans, the sound energy gets absorbed into every atom of our body just as microphone absorbs sound and converts it into electricity, the body absorbs sound and converts it into consciousness. When we sit in bhajans entire body get soaked in energy and transformation happens. If you sit and listen to gossip or violent music or send negative messages then that gets absorbed by your body. But when we hear knowledge or chant with concentration consciousness is elevated.... Sound when stretched becomes Music..
